  • Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute any part of the App
  • Interfere with the App’s normal functioning

3. User Accounts

You may use the App with or without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, you must ensure that your login information remains secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Learning Content

VocabHero provides vocabulary content, flashcards, quizzes, and learning videos for educational purposes. We do not guarantee that the learning materials will meet your specific learning goals or outcomes. We may update, change, or remove content at any time without notice.

5. Ads and Monetization

VocabHero is a free app and may display advertisements. Optional rewarded ads may provide temporary benefits (e.g., ad-free period). We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of ads displayed by third-party networks (such as Google AdMob).

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, including texts, graphics, icons, and media, is owned by or licensed to the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any behavior that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to other users or the App.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Once deleted, your learning progress and personal data will be permanently removed.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • Learning outcomes or failures
  • Any indirect or consequential damages
